We have a fully equipped workshop and bike servicing facilities. All repairs are carried out by Cytech accredited technicians on-site. We offer a variety of servicing options and bespoke repairs, including wheel truing and spoke replacement.

Bronze Service

A general safety check and inspection for peace of mind and advice on any work required

Bronze service is our entry level service, which is a general safety check of your bike. We will make any safety adjustments where necessary.

Included in this service are:

All parts and components are inspected for wear or damage,
Wheel truing and alignment
Tyre pressure check
Gear adjustments
Brake adjustments
Report of any safety work required.
Wash down and de-greasing of bike, followed by polishing and lubrication

Any replacement parts may incur an additional cost.

Silver Service

A more thorough service including additional checks, bike wash, de-grease and valet.

The silver service involves a full strip down, inspection, and re-build of the bike.

This service includes:

Everything from the bronze service, plus:
Strip down and inspection of major moving parts, e.g. bottom bracket, headset, wheels
All nuts, bolts and fixings checked to ensure correct and safe torque recommendations
Frame and fork alignment check
Report of any worn or damaged parts requiring attention
Test ride by one of our workshop staff included for your peace of mind
Wash down and de-greasing of bike, followed by polishing and lubrication

Any replacement parts may incur an additional cost.

Gold Service

For peace of mind, our gold service offers the most complete service including various parts.

Our gold service is the complete solution and what we recommend for all bikes that are used often or requiring attention.

The service includes:

Everything from the bronze and silver services, plus:
Replacement of all cables and cable housing
Replacement of all brake pads or blocks
Replacement of bar tape
Report of any worn or damaged parts requiring attention
Wash down and de-greasing of bike, followed by polishing and lubrication

Any replacement parts other than those listed above may incur an additional charge.

Puncture Repair including Tube £12.95

Repairing a puncture and includes replacement of inner tube.

Wheel Truing £10 per wheel

Re-aligning or repairing a wheel after general wear-and-tear or an accident. Having a wheel trued is essential to ensure safe riding and effective braking.

Gear Service £15

The mechanical nature of gear systems on bicycles occasional needs re-aligning to ensure smooth and efficient gear changes. If you’ve noticed gear changing has become sluggish, the chain slips or some gears can’t be used, a quick gear service will return your bike to smooth working order.

Brake Service £15

Servicing your brakes is vital to ensure the safety of you when riding.

Brake Bleeding £15

Hydrualic disc brakes need fluid draining and topping up regularly to ensure performance is maintained. Price is per brake.

Wheel Builds - From £35

Full Bike Build - From £75-£150 (Ring to confirm)

We can assist with the design and build of a full bike to suit your specifications, or build up a bike you have that needs fitting together.

Shimano Di2 Software Update £25

The Shimano Di2 software is often improved, bringing better performance and features to your Shimano Di2 system.

We recommend a Di2 diagnostics check and software update on a regular basis.

We use a complete link between your bike and a computer to perform tasks such as problem diagnostics of all parts and also to update the firmware to give you the latest enhancements and upgrades to your Shimano Di2’s functionality.
